Fosterella (fos-ter-ell’a) – Belonging to the Pitcairnioideae subfamily; There are 15 known species, all small terrestrial plants.
They may be spined or smooth leafed and their branched inflorescence bears tiny white flowers. When in flower the plant is approximately 45cm.
